What’s a customer experience system? It's an evolutionary approach to online healthcare “marketing” with the goal of creating patient experiences that enhance learning and promote self-efficacy—the ability to manage one’s own care.
HealthEd is particularly interested in customer experience systems because we are building our own system through our subsidiary, HealthEd On Demand. Yet our interest is much broader, as our teams seek to understand how educational approaches can drive better patient outcomes.
